Eynesbury back in business as first release sells out

June 25, 2020

Resimax is putting Eynesbury firmly on the map, having had a hugely successful relaunch of the Eynesbury development that saw 100 per cent of stock sold on opening weekend.

Only 18 prime location lots were made available to the public, offering a wide variety of sizes. These were snapped up quickly by lucky buyers, marking a big milestone for the project.

Resimax Group Chief Executive Officer Steve Hooker said this release was unique to the area and has attracted significant interest, with the close proximity to the new primary school and sporting grounds considered to be a drawcard.

“We are delighted by the initial success of the relaunch at Eynesbury,” Steve said.

“The school is soon to start taking enrolments for the 2021 school year which has pleased existing and new residents.

“A select number of these lots will have prime access to the new sports and recreation facilities which are due to open later in the year.

“These were a joint initiative of Melton Council along with State and Federal governments and other associated sporting groups who joined forces to invest around $9 million in the precinct.”

Steve said that it has been a busy time for the development, and that Resimax Group was pleased to have machinery on site within months of settlement.

“This was a long-awaited new land release and is the first since Resimax acquired the project in December last year,” Steve said.

“More than just owning a lovely house in a convenient location, Eynesbury has a rich heritage and a unique community vibe. Its large open spaces include protected rich forest reserves and a lake.

“Anyone who comes out to Eynesbury falls in love with the place. It’s home to one of the top 100 golf courses in Australia, and the locals are thrilled to have a newly refurbished Homestead open which has been the hub of this thriving community, as well as a function centre.

“The State Government and local council have been extremely supportive in helping to get approvals moving, with the primary school scheduled to be opening next year, and major retail announcements to be made soon.

“Funding has also been secured which includes $25 million towards critical road infrastructure for the Eynesbury community. This will deliver a much needed second northern connection to Exford Road as well as a Southern connection to Ballan Road and the City of Wyndham.
