December 2021 Customer Update

Welcome to our final quarterly update of 2021! We are excited to share that Stages 8A, 8B and 8C are now all titled! Our Settlements Team will continue to work with all the purchasers to ensure smooth land settlements. We can’t wait to welcome you to the community soon!

Stages 6A, 6B and 6C are now over the halfway mark of the civil construction process, with kerbs complete and electrical works underway. Asphalting and concrete works are set to start very soon. Settlements are expected in April 2022, and we encourage all clients to start arranging their finances from early next year. Our Settlement Team will be in touch with all the purchasers shortly to assist purchasers with their settlements.

As well as this, good progress is continuing on Stages 6D, 6E and 6F, with sewer, stormwater and water main works nearing completion.

We are also excited to announce that Stages 5C and 13A have commenced civil construction. Located in the ideal location between the golf course and the Grey Box Forest, we can’t wait to see these stages come to life.
