October Customer Update

We are pleased to announce that civil construction is now complete, authority compliances have been achieved and titles are registered for Stages 4 and 11, and our newest residents have started settling on their land!

Stage 5 has now received practical completion of the civil works and compliance with authorities is now being obtained prior to lodgement for registration of titles. This is expected to occur in late November.

We are very proud of this progress. The titles registered in these Stages are the first titles registered in Eynesbury in almost six years. Since taking over the Eynesbury project Resimax Group has achieved these milestones in less than 12 months.

Next is Stage 8, where we are pleased to announce that civil works contracts have been awarded to Winslow Constructions and works have now commenced.
