Welcome to our quarterly newsletter Eynesbury One, keeping you up to date with all things happening at Eynesbury!
Greenhill Road
Successfully, a statement of compliance has been received for both sections of Greenhill Road. Our plans have been lodged and we’re now awaiting registration.
Important: Greenhill Road will remain closed until the asphalt is complete. We are hoping this will be done in the coming weeks when the weather is warmer.
Mt Mary Road
Once we have a permit, works will commence on Mt Mary Road. We are hoping this will be in the coming months.
Town Centre
We are currently developing the Town Centre masterplan, which we hope to share with the community soon. Currently, we are completing a planning permit application for stage 1 early next year (2022).
Landscaping
The park in Stage 11 is under construction, we are targeting completion by the end of the year (2021). Streetscape landscaping (including tree installation, grassing and passive irrigation) will begin in Stages 4, 5 and 11 once the majority of homes are completed.
Stage construction
Good news! Stage 8 will be complete and registered before the end of this year (2021) and Stage 6 will be complete in two stages – the first stage by February/March 2022 and the second stage by June 2022. Also, we are about to start the construction of Stage 5C and 13A, which includes the Bendigo Drive connection.
Waterways
The two waterways between Stage 11 & 4 are under construction and expected to be completed early next year (2022).

We often hear about generous acts of kindness that people in our wonderful community continually demonstrate. So we would like to recognise the efforts of some of these people – but we need your assistance!

Eynesbury Early Learning Centre
Resimax Group has collaborated with our local Eynesbury kindergarten on a reading program, called ‘Little Readers – A Resimax Group Initiative’.
The ‘Little Readers’ program introduces reading and supports a relationship with books beginning in kindergarten – which gives our little learners extra time to embrace reading and encourage a long term love of books!
Every year the Eynesbury Early Learning Centre will be gifted with ‘Little Readers’ library bags, which will give the kids an opportunity to take home one of the 80 books donated by Resimax Group throughout the year.
Eynesbury Eagles Cricket Club
Resimax Group is a proud platinum sponsor of the cricket club for the 2021 & 2022 season! If you’re keen to watch, come down to the Resimax Group Oval – their nest (also known as their home ground)!

Eynesbury Eagles FNC
The Eynesbury Eagles FNC are looking for footballers for the upcoming 2022 season – all players from Auskick, under 9s, under 11s, under 13s, under 15s and anyone interested in playing seniors football at any age for the first season at our brand new home ground in 2022.
