By registering or attending this Event, participants and attendees acknowledge and agree: 1. participants and attendees take part in/attend the Event voluntarily and at their own risk; 2. participants should consult with a medical professional prior to participating if they have any health concerns or conditions that may affect their ability to participate safely; 3. It is the responsibility of participants to ensure they are physically fit and capable of completing the Event; 4. participants must follow the event route and are not permitted to deviate from it; 5. participants and attendees must adhere to all safety instructions provided by event organisers and staff; 6. participants and attendees are responsible for their own belongings. The event organisers are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items; 7. to indemnify, hold harmless, release and discharge Resimax Group Pty Ltd, and its associated entities and subsidiaries (“Resimax Group”), and its staff, agents and contractors from and against all liability for any injury, loss or damage and all actions, claims, losses, damage, penalties, demands or costs consequent upon, occasioned by, arising from or connected with their participation (including negligence) in the Event in any form; and 8. that it grants permission to Resimax Group to the use any images, video footage or other media transmission collected at the Event or registration details on this website, including but not limited to email, to be used for transmission or advertising and marketing purposes.
