Q: Can I pay with cash for the ice skating?

The Eynesbury ice rink is a cashless venue and will only be accepting EFTPOS at all transaction points. We recommend pre-booking your tickets through our website prior to arrival, however, tickets may still be available at the door and payment must be through EFTPOS.

Q: Can I bring my own food?

Eynesbury Winter Festival does not permit outside food into the venue due to our health and safety standards and the allergen risks associated. Our venues are fully licensed.

Q: Is there any parking?

We have ample free parking located near the ticket booth/Pro-shop. See map for more details.

Q: How often does the ice get resurfaced?

We resurface the ice every day depending on how busy the rink is.

Q: Do you have staff trained in first aid at the Eynesbury Winter Festival?

Great question! We have on-ice staff who are all trained in first aid and ready to assist where needed.

Q: I’m not skating, can I enter for free?

Entering Eynesbury Quarter is free, you only need to pay a fee if you are skating.

Q: Is the bar, restaurant & coffee shop open every day?

Birdy & Co and Ms Peacock Kitchen & Bar are open everyday during the Winter festival. You can either choose takeaway food or sit down with table service. Please note that booking are essential for Ms Peacock, you can book online: https://eynesbury.com.au/dining-and-events/ms-peacock/.

Q; What’s your biggest skate size?

Size 14 men’s US is our biggest skate size.

Q; What’s your smallest skate size?

A toddlers size 7 is our smallest skate size.

Q: When do I need to arrive for my session?

You can arrive at any time to skate during your allocated session. But we suggest you arrive ½ an hour early to make sure you have time to check in and get fully ready for your session.

Q: Do I need to book? Can I purchase my tickets when I get there?

Due to our capped sessions, we highly recommend to pre-book your tickets to ensure you don’t miss out!

Q: What are the opening hours of Birdy & Co and Ms Peacock Kitchen & Bar?

Birdy & Co – every day from 6:30am to 9pm.
Ms Peacock Kitchen – every day from 12pm till 8:30pm.
Ms Peacock Bar – every day from 12pm till late.

Q: How to print my ticket?

There are three ways you can print your tickets.
1. From the link in the confirmation email.
2. Login to Login and you will find My Account Section there. There your transaction history is available with option to print your ticket.
3. Go to TraceTkt and provide your booking code and booking email to trace that ticket and print it.

Q: How to change my booking date?

1: Visit your My Account section at Login.
2: Browse to my bookings.
3: Click on change date button on respective booking.
4: It will redirect you to change session page and give you option to change date and time.
5: Change to your desired session.
6: Re-Print the ticket from the booking list.

Q: How do you submit discounts or promotional offers?

1: Discounts and promotional offers are specific to codes available. Keep your discount/ promo code handy while booking.
2: At time of booking there is a section to submit your promo code at the end.
3: Submit your discount code here. ‘Click To Apply’.
4: Click ‘Continue to Purchase’ and your total at checkout will reflect the discount.

Q: What if my ticket is Pending?

1: Go to My Account section at Login.
2: Browse to my bookings.
3: Click on ‘Cancel Booking’.
4: Start a new booking.
System will auto cancel ticket after 30 minutes.

Q: I didn’t receive a verification email?

1: Check your junk or spam mailbox.
2: If no receipt, Click on the forgot password to reset your password & activate your account.
3: Follow instructions in verification email.

Q: I have a scoopons voucher?

1. Click on “GOT A VOUCHER”
2. Apply your code.
3. It will ask to choose date and time.
4. Choose it and then input your information.
5. Tickets will be added with a 100% discount to you + the booking fee
6. Confirm it and print it.

Q: If I book tickets and there is a lockdown will I be refunded? 

If we enter another lockdown, then we will postpone the event until the lockdown has lifted. We will then allow you to update your booking for a new time.
