Entry into the Win a Winter Wedding at Eynesbury Competition (Competition).

As part of entering the Competition, you will need to read and agree to this Personal Information Collection Statement. This Personal Information Collection Statement relates to the collection of personal information in relation to the Competition.

The Competition is operated by Resimax Group Pty Ltd ABN 80 164 428 942 (we, us or our).

We collect and use personal information about you to engage with you in relation to the Competition. We may also use your personal information for related purposes including to request your feedback on the products and services provided by us.

Wherever possible we will collect personal information directly from you including information that you directly supply when completing the Registration Form. Such information collected includes your name, phone number, email address, street address as evidence of your eligibility to enter into the Competition. If you do not provide all the personal information we request from you, you will not be able to take part in the Competition.

We may disclose personal information about you to third party agents and service providers to assist us in conducting, administering and publicising the Competition and in the operation of our business to provide the products and services you request. Your personal information will not likely be disclosed to overseas recipients. Your personal information may also be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under relevant lottery legislation.

You agree to us using your personal information in relation to the Competition and to promote products and services to you. The Win a Winter Wedding at Eynesbury Competition (Competition) is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Information on how to enter this Competition and prize details form part of these terms and conditions (Terms).

Promoter
The Promoter is Resimax Group Pty Ltd ABN 80 164 428 942 of Level 3, 2 Drewery Place Melbourne VIC 3000 Australia (Resimax Group).

Promotional Period
The Promotional period for the Competition commences at 9am AEST on 1 August 2023 and ends at 11.59pm AEST on 31 October 2023.

Terms and Conditions
By completing and submitting the Registration Form and entering the required personal details (full name, email address, postal address and then participating in the Competition, the Entrant accepts these Terms and Conditions and warrants they are authorised to enter into the Competition. The Entrant is the person that has registered for the Competition.

By entering into the Competition, the Entrant gives their consent to providing their personal information to the Promoter in accordance with the Personal Information Collection Statement. By participating in this Competition, the Entrant acknowledges that they have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. Entries must comply with these Terms to be valid.

Who is eligible to enter the Competition?
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 or above who has completed the Registration Form.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Resimax Group are not eligible to participate in the Competition. Any Entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the registration process in any way, or who does not properly comply with the registration process will be ineligible for the Competition.

How to enter the Competition?
To enter the Competition, during the Promotional Period, the entrant must complete and submit the Registration Form made available online at www.eynesbury.com.au/weddings/win. An entrant is only permitted to submit one Registration Form. Any entries after the Promotional Period will not be accepted. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

How will a winner will selected?
A winner will be selected by the Promoter based on submission (in it’s absolute discretion), at the offices of the Promoter by a representative of the Promoter (Prize Draw). The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. All entries will become the property of the Promoter.

Confirming the winner of the Competition
The Prize winner will be notified as a Prize winner by email. The winners name will be published on the Promoter’s website and social media for 28 days following the Competition. Failure to claim the Prize within 28 days of the end of the Promotional Period means the terms of the Prize will lapse and if the Prize is unclaimed a new winner will be selected by random chance from all eligible Entrants.
If an Entrant’s contact details change prior to the Prize Draw taking place, it is the Entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter in writing prior to the Prize Draw.

Prize
The total prize pool is valued up to $20,000 and consists of a wedding ceremony and reception to be hosted at Eynesbury: 487 Eynesbury Road, Eynesbury VIC 3338. The prize includes:
1. venue hire;
2. food and beverage package for a maximum of 120 people;
3. ceremony package to be held at Eynesbury Quarter Heritage Gardens;
4. access to the full venue and grounds at Eynesbury to take photos. The winner will need to hire their own photographer.
The Prize must be redeemed within 24 months of the Prize Draw. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash. The Prize must be taken as stated. The Prize cannot be sold to any other person (including by online auction or private sale). No compensation will be payable in lieu of a Prize. The wedding must take please between the months of May – August.

Personal Information
The Entrant acknowledges that it provides certain information on the Registration Form to be used by Resimax Group for future promotional purposes. Individual’s personal information cannot be disclosed without the individual’s consent. Personal information will be handled according to the Personal Information Collection Statement on the Registration Form and the Resimax Group’s Privacy Policy which can be viewed online at https://resimaxgroup.com.au/privacy-policy/.

Acknowledging and promoting success
Successful recipients acknowledge and agree that the Promoter may publish the details of the successful recipient including in the Promoter’s marketing material or reports, including social media, website, brochures or newspapers.

Promoter’s rights reserved
Resimax Group reserves the right to exercise its absolute discretion in excluding entries that it considers to be contrary to law. This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or Competition made available by Resimax Group.

General
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from acceptance by a winner of the Prize. The winner accepts the prize at their own risk. None of the Promoter, its related entities or any of their employees, contractors and agents (or employees of their contractors and agents) will be liable for any liability, loss, damage, cost or expense (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss or loss of profits), or death or personal injury, suffered or incurred (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) arising out of, or in connection with, this Competition, the provision of the prize, use or participation in the wedding or marketing of this Competition, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, including as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, safety or proper conduct of this Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to any applicable legislation. The Promoter reserves the right to exercise its absolute discretion in excluding entries that it considers to be contrary to law and to substitute the prize for another of equal value if the prize is unavailable or unable to be supplied.

The Promoter’s decision on all aspects relating to this Competition is final and no correspondence will be issued or entered into. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

The Competition is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
